6. Proof Approval
Where a proof is provided, production may begin after customer approval.
Customers should carefully review the proof before approval.
After approval, changes may not be possible without additional charges or production delays.
We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
7. Colour and Printing Variation
Printed colours may vary slightly from colours displayed on computer screens, mobile devices, or digital proofs.
Differences may occur due to:

- Paper type
- Ink
- Printing process
- Colour profiles
- Finishing methods
- Batch-to-batch variation
Minor variations within normal printing standards do not necessarily constitute a printing defect.
8. Quantity Variation

9. Payment

12. Customer-Provided Materials
If customers provide physical materials, documents, samples, or other items, they are responsible for ensuring that those materials are properly packed and delivered to us.
We will take reasonable care of customer-provided materials while they are in our possession.
13. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product with a confirmed manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us within the specified period after delivery.

We may inspect the issue before determining an appropriate solution.
